Hi there!

My name is Michelle, and I was born and raised in Indonesia. I studied in Switzerland, majoring in hospitality management. In between my studies, I try to travel as much as I can. That’s why most of my blog posts are about Europe. But now I’m back to my beloved home country and based in Bali. I am a traveler at heart, and I believe that through traveling, we can learn lots of things like art, history, language, tradition, culture, and food.

I am an aspiring photographer who started in 2015, when I got my first proper mirrorless camera. That’s also when I began my journey with my blog. Michelle Franc-Lee is a personal online documentary that I use to share and inspire people to travel while checking off my non-stop (food & travel) bucketlist. I also try to give you the best tips and advice as a solo (sometimes), female, budget traveler. Hopefully this blog will inspire and motivate you to travel wherever you are.
