Babi guling literal translation is suckling pig, and it’s one of the staple dishes of Bali. If you’re visiting Bali, this is one dish you definitely need to try. Non-Muslim Indonesians love to hunt for the best babi guling in Bali. It’s because Bali is majority Hindu and they are allowed to eat pork.
